Creating Connections Community Meetings

Supporting Argyll and Isles heritage

Creating Connections Community Meetings

Online Community Meetings

The Creating Connections project for 2024 builds on the work and events the Forum have been doing for the last few years, especially the Connecting Conversations conference in February 2023 where we engaged with a wider variety of the Argyll and Bute heritage sector, reaching out to those in the more intangible areas of heritage -eg the music, the language, all ages, and how heritage impacts us all.

The Community Online Meetings are an opportunity to hear from heritage enthusiasts in your area and discuss issues the heritage sector faces. You are welcome if you are inspired by our heritage, as a creative artist, or part of the wider aspects of heritage that are often forgotten, like language, music, sports, traditional skills, our way of living in the past. Also, we want to hear feedback on how the forum itself and how we can continue supporting heritage in Argyll and Bute.

A small example is what do you want to see on our website, what training do you need, how can we help?
